In Settings, you’ll find a system email template that automatically sends to influencers who started but didn’t complete your application form. You can customize this email to match your brand’s tone and messaging.
Here’s how:
Go to Settings.
Scroll down to Email Templates.
Locate the email under System Email Templates.
Click the pen icon to edit the template as desired.
By default, reminder emails are automatically sent 48 hours after an application remains incomplete. You can disable this feature if needed, but it is not recommended.
To disable reminder emails:
Go to Settings.
Click on Preferences.
Navigate to Application Email Reminders.
Toggle the feature off.
