By default, reminder emails are scheduled to be sent 48 hours after an application remains incomplete. However, you have the option to disable this feature, though it's not recommended. To do so, navigate to Settings > Preferences > Application Email Reminders and toggle off.
To modify your "Incomplete Application Reminder" email template, access the "Settings" section, then scroll down to ⚡Email Templates and locate the relevant email under "System Email Templates." You can then edit the template by clicking on the pen icon.
