You can create and save your own Email Templates in SARAL. This offers efficiency, consistency, and brand coherence by simplifying the email creation and outreach process. Utilizing your own templates guarantees a unified tone of voice across your campaigns.
To create templates in SARAL, go to Settings > General and proceed to the “Email Templates” section. Here, you'll encounter two template categories:
Your Email Templates
System Email Templates
Your Email Templates
You can craft and save your own email templates from:
1️⃣The “Your Email Templates” section under General Settings by hitting on the ➕Create New Template button
2️⃣Your Templates in your Email Drips tab by hitting on the ➕Create New Template button.
Once established, you can access your templates in your Email Drips campaigns by selecting “View Templates” and scrolling down to “My Templates” in the pop-up.
Your saved templates will also be accessible when emailing influencers individually from their profiles.

System Email Templates
System email templates are one of SARAL’s pivotal automation features. These emails are designed to streamline bulk communications with influencers based on specific triggers within the app.
There are four types of System Emails built into SARAL:
1️⃣ Incomplete Application Reminder: This email is triggered when an inbound applicant fails to complete and submit their application form.
2️⃣ Dashboard Details Email: Triggered when you use the email icon in an influencer's profile to send them their personal dashboard details and credentials.
3️⃣ Application Approval Template: Automatically sent to creators once you accept their application. It serves as a welcome email into the program, containing the creator’s Discount Code and Tracking Link.
4️⃣ Application RejectionTemplate: Automatically sent to applicants once you reject their application.
You can customize System Email Templates by clicking the pen button.
Where to modify or update a System Email Template
Create you own System Emails
You also have the option to compose your own system emails and define your preferred launch triggers within SARAL. To craft your system emails, navigate to the Email Drips tab, access Activation Pro, and click the ‘Create New Campaign’ button.
This action will prompt an email composer pop-up where you can specify the triggers for sending out emails, set the scheduling, and compose the email copy.
