Creating and saving your own Email Templates helps you streamline outreach while keeping your messaging consistent and on-brand. It’s a great way to maintain a unified tone across your influencer campaigns.
Where to Create Email Templates
To get started, go to Settings > General > Email Templates
You’ll find two template categories:
Your Email Templates – Custom templates you've created
System Email Templates – Pre-built templates provided by SARAL
You can create and save your templates in two places:
From General Settings: Go to Your Email Templates and click 
Create New Template
From the Email Drips section: Inside any Email Drip sequence, click Create New Template to add one directly to your campaign flow
Once your templates are created, you can easily access them in your Email Drips campaigns by clicking “View Templates” and scrolling down to the “My Templates” section in the pop-up.
Your saved templates will also appear when emailing influencers individually from their profiles.

System Email Templates are one of SARAL’s key automation features, built to simplify and speed up communication with creators based on specific actions and triggers in the platform.
These emails are triggered automatically, helping you scale your program without sacrificing personalization.
The 4 System Email Types:
Incomplete Application Reminder: Sent when an inbound applicant starts—but doesn’t complete—the application form.
Dashboard Details Email: Triggered when you click the 
email icon in an influencer’s profile to send their dashboard login info and tracking tools.
Application Approval Template: Automatically sent when you accept a creator’s application.
Includes their Discount Code and Tracking Link acting as a warm welcome into your program.
Application Rejection Template: Sent to creators when their application is declined.
Click the ✎ pen icon next to any system email to tailor the content and tone to match your brand’s voice.
