How can I invite team members?

Multiple User Access

Are you running a large seeding program with different team members scouting influencers, sending outreach and managing conversations? Or do your have multiple team members managing their own content sourcing, affiliate, ambassador, or seeding programs separately? No problem!

You can now invite collaborators to your SARAL workspace, where each can have their own separate account access. Multi-User access allows your team members to maintain their unique workflows while collaborating closely on various influencer marketing projects. Each member gets an independent dashboard with their own lists, email drips, and performance metrics.

How To Invite Team Members to my SARAL workspace?

To invite your team members to your SARAL account workspace, all you need to do is to:

1️⃣ Head over to your General Settings and navigate to Your Team settings.
2️⃣ Hit the ‘Invite Member’ button
3️⃣ Add your team member’s name and email address
4️⃣ Voila! Your team member will now receive an invite to sign up and create their own SARAL account.

Why Multiple Account Views?

If your team has multiple stakeholders managing different influencer lists or running separate programs, having individual dashboard views can be incredibly beneficial.

  • Separate List Management: Each team member can have a clear view of their own lists, email drip metrics, and overall performance. This is particularly useful for large seeding programs where multiple team members scout and manage different programs with distinct sourcing criteria and messaging approaches. It also helps in achieving overall monthly targets by keeping outreach pipelines organized.

  • Clear Relationship Board: A dedicated CRM per user allows team members to view their separate lists and seeding funnels, avoiding confusion and mixing of data across different account managers.

  • Individual Performance Dashboard: With multiple accounts, each user can access their unique performance dashboard. Account admins can view aggregated data across all users as well as individual performance metrics for each user.

    Duplication-Proof Lists:

    Saving influencers across multiple user accounts in SARAL will not cause any duplication or double emailing from different team accounts. This is managed within Discovery. To prevent double saving, a 'Saved' badge appears next to each influencer search result, ensuring profiles are not saved multiple times or contacted separately by multiple account users.

    Additionally, enabling the 'Exclude Saved' toggle in Discovery will hide any previously saved influencers across all account users.

Account Access Types

SARAL users can have two types of account access: Primary and Team Member, each with different view settings. You can update team member account view permissions in your Team Settings by clicking the gear icon and adjusting preferences.

👀 Only See My View: This setting allows team members to access only their own account view. They will see only their influencer lists, email campaigns, and performance metrics without access to other team member dashboards.

🙋 Make Primary: The Primary user is the 'admin user' with access to all team member account views, including influencer lists, relationship boards, and performance dashboards. A Primary user can invite new team members and revoke other team member account access.

Assigning a user as 'Primary' transfers these admin permissions from the default email to the new team member. By default, the Primary account is set to the initial email used to set up the SARAL account.
