No worries! SARAL makes collaboration easy.
With Multi-User Access, you can invite team members to your workspace so each person gets their own login, dashboard, lists, email drips, and performance metrics — while still working together under one roof.
Head to Settings → Click on Your Team under General Settings
Click the “Invite Member” button
Enter your teammate’s name and email address
They’ll receive an invite to create their own SARAL account and join your workspace!
That’s it — your team is now set up to work in parallel while keeping everything organized and collaborative.
If your team has multiple stakeholders managing influencer lists or running separate programs, individual dashboard views can make your workflow smoother, more organized, and scalable.
Here’s how multiple account views help:
1— Separate List Management: Each team member gets a clear view of their own lists, email drips, and performance metrics.
This is especially useful for large seeding programs where teammates may scout influencers with different criteria or messaging.
It keeps outreach pipelines focused and helps everyone stay on track with monthly goals.
2— Clear Relationship Board: Each user gets a dedicated CRM view so lists and seeding funnels stay separate, clean, and easy to manage. No more confusion or accidental mix-ups across different account managers!
3— Individual Performance Dashboards
Each team member sees their own metrics, while admins can view both individual and aggregated performance data across the whole team.
There are two types of account access: Primary and Team Member. Each role comes with different permissions and visibility settings to match your team’s workflow.
You can manage and update these permissions by going to Settings → Your Team, then clicking the gear icon next to a team member’s name.
1— Only See My View: This permission limits a team member’s access to their own dashboard only. They’ll see just their influencer lists, email drips, and performance metrics with no visibility into other team members' workspaces.
Use this for team members managing separate campaigns or influencer funnels.
2— Make Primary: The Primary user acts as the admin of the SARAL workspace.
They have full access to all team members’ dashboards, lists, and performance data. Primary users can also:
Invite new team members
Adjust account view permissions
Revoke access for other users
