After having saved 500+ influencers, creating several lists, and launching multiple email campaigns, your relationships board starts getting unnecessarily stuffed.
Some influencers you’ve saved and reached out to might also have been non-responsive and inactive for a while. That is why we have created the Automatic Archiving feature.
Auto archiving helps you clean up your view, by archiving creators that you don’t want to partner with at the moment. You can set up Auto Archiving Rules in your Settings, by scrolling down to the Auto Archiving Rules section and hitting the “Create new Rule” button. The way this automation works is by automatically archiving profiles for the rules you have created.

Some of the most common rules that our brands use:
Auto-Archive “Rejected” profiles every 30 days: This declutters every profile you’ve moved to rejected. Auto archiving rejected profiles makes a lot of sense, as these profiles have already been through your full conversation funnel, but you did not come to an agreement with them and you will not be working with them for the time being.
Auto-Archive “In Conversation” profiles every 60D: This helps declutter influencers who you’ve already reached out to, but haven’t been responsive to your emails for more than 60 days.
Archived influencers will stay in your SARAL account. To access these, go to the Automatic Archiving Rules section under settings and click “See Archived Influencers”. You can delete or un-archive them if you want.
