After saving 500+ influencers, creating multiple lists, and launching several email campaigns, your Relationships board can quickly become cluttered. You might also have influencers who have been non-responsive or inactive for some time.
To help with this, we’ve introduced the Automatic Archiving feature.
Auto archiving allows you to clean up your view by automatically archiving influencers you’re not actively engaging with.
Here’s how to set it up:
Go to your Settings.
Scroll down to the Auto Archiving Rules section.
Click the “Create New Rule” button.
Once you’ve created your rules, this automation will archive profiles based on the criteria you’ve set.
Here are some of the most common rules that our brands use to keep their Relationships board organized:
Auto-Archive “Rejected” profiles every 30 days
This rule declutters your board by automatically archiving profiles you've moved to the "Rejected" column. Since you’ve already gone through your full conversation funnel with these influencers and didn’t come to an agreement, it’s a good idea to archive them.
Auto-Archive “In Conversation” profiles every 60 days
This rule helps tidy up influencers who you’ve reached out to but haven’t been responsive for over 60 days. These profiles are archived automatically, helping you focus on more active conversations.
Archived influencers remain in your SARAL account, and you can access them anytime:
Go to the Automatic Archiving Rules section under Settings.
Click “See Archived Influencers” to view them.
You can choose to delete or un-archive them whenever needed.
