The Auto Add to Email Drip feature is an optional setting available in your Preferences. When enabled, any creators added to a list associated with an email drip will automatically receive the campaign emails.
Additionally, new creators added to the same list will also be included in the email campaign. If the toggle is switched off, you'll need to manually bulk email influencers by selecting them within a list and using the Send Bulk Email button.
