Archiving influencers doesn't delete or remove them from your account; instead, they are stored to your ‘Archived Creators’ list.
When to Archive? When you want to keep an influencer for future reference or potential re-engagement.
Deleting, on the other hand, will permanently remove the influencer and their data from your SARAL account.
When to Delete? Delete influencers when you’re sure you won’t collaborate again or when you’ve reached peak success and just don’t need to worry about any of it anymore. 
How to Archive?
From Lists by clicking the Archive button under the ‘Action’ column.
From the Influencer’s Profile: Go to the full profile, scroll to the bottom, and click the Archive button.
