There will be instances where you need to process influencer payouts outside of SARAL. This may involve paying flat fees to certain influencers when working with them on a flat fee basis.
So what are the “Manual Bulk Pay” and the “Log Payment” functions in SARAL?
Manual Bulk Pay
The manual bulk pay function allows you to change an influencer's payout status from 'pending' to 'completed'. It serves as a marking function in SARAL to update the influencer payout status when payments are made externally.
To manually bulk pay influencers, select the pending payout influencers that have been paid externally, then click the Manual Bulk Pay button. Next, click the 'Mark as Paid' button in the popup window. This action will move them to the Completed section.
Log Payment
The log payment feature is also employed when issuing external payments for influencer flat fees. This feature allows manual recording of external payments, facilitating better tracking of campaign ROI and ROAS in your SARAL performance dashboard.
To log a payment in SARAL, navigate to the Log Payment button, enter the influencer's name requiring payment logging, input the amount of their fees, and then click Continue.
Logging external payments in SARAL is advisable as it ensures accurate performance tracking.
