There may be times when you need to pay influencers outside of SARAL — for example, when offering flat fees or using another platform for payment. In such cases, SARAL offers two helpful functions: Manual Bulk Pay and Log Payment.
The Manual Bulk Pay function is used to mark influencer payouts as "completed" inside SARAL when the payment has been made externally.
To use Manual Bulk Pay:
Select the influencers with pending payouts who have already been paid outside of SARAL.
Click the “Manual Bulk Pay” button.
In the popup, click “Mark as Paid.”
This action will move them to the Completed section in your dashboard — no payment is actually sent through SARAL.
The Log Payment feature is used to manually record payments made externally, such as flat fees paid to influencers. This helps you keep accurate records and improves tracking of your campaign’s ROI and ROAS in the SARAL performance dashboard.
To log a payment in SARAL:
Click the ‘Log Payment’ button.
Enter the influencer’s name for whom you want to record the payment.
Input the amount of the payment.
Click Continue to save the record.
Logging external payments is highly recommended to maintain precise performance tracking.
