Send Your First Email Outreach
To initiate email outreach, navigate to Email Drips from the left sidebar. Click on "Create New Campaign," then choose the desired influencer recipient list and email account you want to initiate your outreach from.
SARAL will automatically provide a pre-designed campaign template for you. Customize the email content according to your creator offer. Replace all the placeholder text in ALL CAPS with your own messaging.
Setting Up Follow-Ups:
You’re leaving money on the table by sending only one email to an influencer. Consider the volume of emails they receive daily and their hectic schedules.
Neglecting to follow up after the initial email diminishes your chances of success in cold outreach. To maximize response rates, set up a sequence of at least three follow-up emails to double your chances of eliciting replies!
To add a follow-up email to your drip, simply click the "Add Email" button below the queued messages. Follow-up emails will be automatically sent within the same thread unless you modify the subject line.
If you prefer to send a follow-up in a new thread, adjust the subject line accordingly.

You won't need to create emails from scratch, as your SARAL account provides a selection of proven templates curated by influencer marketers.
Simply click on the "View Templates" button located at the top right of your Email Drips composer window to explore templates like this:
Personalizing your emails
Influencer marketing hinges on building relationships, beginning with your initial email to the creator.
Any content within {{ curly_braces }} in your email copy will be automatically substituted for each influencer, customizing the email with their specific attributes.
For instance, {{ first_name }} will be substituted with the influencer’s first name.
You can also create influencer specific custom lines from each influencer’s profile under the “Custom Line” section:
What is intelligent naming & how does it work?
Intelligent naming is the little toggle we recommend keeping on. It’s the power of AI in action.
AI refines influencers' first names by removing emojis, non-names, unnecessary capitalization, and similar elements.
Before launching your email, you'll have the opportunity to preview the names to ensure their accuracy.
In case the AI is unable to find the actual name, it will replace it with the username by default. You can change this behavior under Settings > Preferences.
Launch your campaign
You’re all set!
All you need to do now is hit the "Save & Preview" button, take a quick look at your campaign and click “Launch Campaign” to send the emails!
