What are search intents in SARAL?

With our discovery engine, you are not restricted to just searching for keywords or hashtags. You can use different search intents to guide your search.

They can be found in the dropdown on the discovery search box:

What do these search intents mean?

  • Show influencers who talk about: Keyword search. What do your customers talk about? Eg: if you’re a skincare brand, your customers (and ideal creators) must speak about #acneproblems or #skincareroutine. Another way to approach keyword search is by creator’s expertise or profession by inputting keyword list nutritionist, cosmetologist, or physical therapist in the search bar.

  • Show influencers who mention: Reverse brand search. Which other brands (not necessarily competitors) do your customers follow and buy from? Eg: If you’re a skincare brand, your customers are likely also to buy from Lululemon.

  • Show influencers similar to: Show similar influencers. Do you already know an influencer who would be great for you? Put their username here and it’ll show you more creators like them.
