Once you’ve accepted an application and sent the welcome email, here’s how you can track and manage influencer responses:
Monitor via Relationships Board
After organizing accepted influencers into an Inbound List, track their progress and delivery statuses on your Relationships board.
If "Pre-selected Gift" Was Enabled
The selected gift will be shipped automatically upon acceptance.
No manual action is required.
You can monitor the delivery status directly from the Relationships board.
If "Pre-selected Gift" Was NOT Enabled
Go to your Lists tab and open the Inbound List.
Filter by Prospects.
Click the Shopify Magic button to bulk ship products.
Once shipped, you’ll be able to track their delivery statuses from the Relationships board as well thru Filters.
