Payment integrations in SARAL offer the simplest and most convenient solution to automate influencer commission payouts, eliminating the need for manual bookkeeping, external transactions, and yet another spreadsheet to manage.
Setting up influencer payouts on SARAL is a straightforward 3-step process:
Step 1: Connect Your PayPal Account
Link your PayPal account to your SARAL account by following our tutorial.
Step 2: Add Influencer PayPal Accounts to Their SARAL Profiles
Influencers can add their PayPal email addresses to their SARAL profiles themselves or you can do it for them.
Encourage influencers to add their PayPal email addresses from their creator dashboard. This can be done after onboarding them and when sending their dashboard credentials via email. Simply ask them to input their PayPal email address onto their dashboard.

Start Paying Out Commissions
Payouts in SARAL are not completely automated. We've opted for a semi-automated approach due to the monthly accounting cycles that vary for each organization.
Generating influencer commission payouts in SARAL is straightforward and can be done directly from the Payments section.
To initiate your influencer payments, simply select the influencers with pending commissions (profiles under the 'Pending' tab) in bulk, then click the Start Bulk Payouts button and proceed to pay. This action will trigger PayPal transactions to all the selected influencers.
Make one-off single flat fee payments to influencers
To make a one-time payment to an influencer, follow these steps: Navigate to the influencer's profile via the left sidebar. Click the "Send Payment" button.
A window will pop up where you can enter the payment date and details.
Complete the transaction by clicking the "Send Payment" button.
How to Undo a Completed Payment
If a payment has been marked as completed but you need to revert it to the Pending Payments tab, you can easily undo the payment by following these steps:
Go to the Payments section in your dashboard.
Under the Completed tab, locate the payment you wish to undo.
Click on the Actions menu next to status.
Select Undo Payment icon.
This way, you’ll be worry-free next time you accidentally mark a payment as completed!
