You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Subscription Cancellation: If you cancelled your subscription but are wrongfully charged.
Accidental Subscription: If you were automatically subscribed without your intention (sometimes happens when you’re on trial and don’t expect an auto-charge, although we do send two emails before we charge you)
Unused Tool: If you last used the tool a while ago but forgot to cancel, we will refund your subscription for the last month.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply contact us in the support chat at the bottom right of your SARAL dashboard. Please provide as much detail as possible about your situation. Our team will do their best to respond to your request within an hour and get it processed within 48 hours if it matches the above criteria.
