Gmail disconnecting from SARAL is a safety feature designed to protect your account and prevent your emails from being marked as spam. Gmail may disconnect your inbox if it detects activity that could cause your messages to land in recipients’ spam folders.
Additionally, Google periodically revokes app passwords for security reasons, which can also cause disconnections.
While the exact cause of disconnection can be unclear, you can reduce the chances of it happening again by following these steps:
Ensure your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are properly set up in your DNS to improve email authentication and deliverability.
Connect at least two email accounts to SARAL to avoid disruptions in your outreach and communication with influencers.
Reconnect your Gmail by generating a new app password whenever disconnection occurs.
