Yes, you can. To reconsider a previously rejected applicant:
Go to the Applications section.
Navigate to the Rejected tab.
Click on the applicant you want to re-approve.
Approve their application — they will then move to the Approved tab automatically.
This allows you to easily reverse decisions and onboard them if you change your mind.
