The Lists tab in your Relationships board lets you organize influencers into custom buckets. While you're free to create your own grouping rules, here are some best practices that many top brands in SARAL use:
Grouping influencers by niche helps you track how different content categories perform. With niche-based lists, you can:
Send customized briefs tailored to the audience each influencer serves
Align content with specific use cases or customer needs
Compare performance across niches (e.g., CVR and ROAS)
For example, a supplement brand focused on hormone balance might segment its creators into:
Momfluencers
Fitness Coaches
Lifestyle Influencers
Medical Professionals (e.g., Gynecologists)

You can also categorize influencers by their follower count:
Nano (1K–10K)
Micro (10K–100K)
Macro (100K+)
We recommend starting with nano influencers—they’re usually more responsive and cost-effective. As you grow, testing micro and macro influencers can help you understand how size affects brand awareness and conversions.
If you’re running campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or other platforms, use separate lists for each. This makes it easier to:

When you're discovering new creators regularly, you can create time-based lists like:
