Bulk Tag:
The tag feature allows you to assign specific tags to influencer profiles in lists. Tags must be created first in an influencer's profile. Once created, they will appear under the Tag 🏷️ icon. You can then bulk assign tags to influencers. For example, if your e-commerce store sells pet food and you want to tag influencers as 'cat owner' or 'dog owner' to send them relevant gifts, assigning tags based on these categories will facilitate filtering and bulk shipping products later on. Tags can also aid in email messaging personalization cues.
Bulk Move:
You can easily transfer influencers from one list to another by selecting them from a specific list, clicking the 🔁 button, and moving them to another list. Instances where you might need to move influencers include adding them to the wrong list by mistake or moving them to a "no reply" blacklist after multiple follow-up emails with no responses.
Create Tracking Links & Discount Codes:
Streamline the process of generating bulk tracking links and discount codes for influencers from Lists, eliminating the need for manual one-by-one work. Simply navigate to the desired list, apply filters for the desired stage, bulk select influencers, and click the 'Shopify' button to execute bulk actions such as generating tracking links or discount codes.
Create Discount Codes:
Once you've created your discount code templates, the process for bulk assigning them to influencers is simple. Bulk select influencers from a list, then click the 'Shopify' button > 'Generate Discount Code' and select from the templates you've already created.
Bulk Ship Free Products:
To ship products to influencers in bulk, start by selecting multiple influencers, then click the Shopify button, and choose 'Ship Free Products' from the dropdown menu. Next, enter the influencer's address, click 'Continue', and select the product variants to ship. When shipping through SARAL via your Shopify store, a $0 order tagged ‘SARAL Influencer’ will be generated, and a tracking link will automatically be assigned to each influencer's profile.
Bulk Send Emails:
To send emails to multiple influencers from Lists, simply bulk select them, then click the 'Send Emails' button then select the campaign you wish to send out. If you still haven’t created any Email campaigns, just hit the ‘Go to Campaigns’ button. This will redirect you to Email Drips, where you can create an email drip from scratch.
Bulk Edit Influencer Details:
Updating influencer details can be a time-consuming task, especially when managing a large number of creators. Our Bulk Edit feature helps you save time by updating influencer information all at once, without having to visit each profile.
Choose all influencers or select specific creators by checking the boxes next to their names.
Once you’ve made your selections, you can update various details, including their name, social media profiles, email address, and tags. Remember to save your changes to apply them.
