With SARAL's built-in shipment tracker, you can easily monitor deliveries across various postal services, effortlessly to follow up, gather feedback, and remind creators about their anticipated posts.
Steps to Ship Products via SARAL 

Visit their Profile: Visit their profile page to access the creator's details.
Initiate Shipping: On the left side, click the “Ship Free Product” (+) icon.
Enter Address: Manually input the address if not auto-detected, including all necessary details.
Select Products: Search for the products you want to send, select the appropriate variants, and fill in any other necessary details.
Personalize (Optional): Add a personalized order note (if needed) to customize the shipment.
Ship Products: Click “Ship Products” to complete the shipping process.

Once the order is generated, a "previously shipped products" link will appear on the left, allowing you to easily access and review the shipping details.
Plus, you would also see the delivery status of the product so you can follow up with the creators accordingly for posts.
If you need to send the same product again to the same influencer in the future, simply click the “Resend” button— shipping subsequent products takes just seconds!

How to Ship Products Automatically
Building strong, lasting relationships with influencers is key to keeping them engaged and producing content consistently. One way to do this is by shipping products automatically at regular intervals.
Here’s how to set it up:
Go to the Influencer’s Profile
Under Ship Free Product, click on Automate Product Shipment
A pop up will appear; search for the gift, set the frequency for how often you want to send products to the influencer (e.g., every 14, 30, 60, or 90 days)
Choose your Automation Date: specify a range or set it to run forever—it's up to you!
Don’t forget to click Create Automation to activate the process

Automating your shipments ensures timely delivery to your Influencers, making collaboration effortless and maintaining their motivation for ongoing content. This strengthens long-term relationships, promoting consistent engagement and seamless monthly collaborations.

Go to List
Select Creators: Select the creators who you want to ship to.
Initiate Bulk Shipping: Click the Shopify magic button and select “Ship Free Products” from the dropdown menu.

Verify Addresses: Enter any missing addresses manually if needed.
Select Products: Search for the products you want to ship, and select the quantity, variants, and other details.
Personalize (Optional): Add a personalized order note (if needed) to customize the shipment.
Ship Products: Click “Ship Products” to complete the shipping process.
