1. Review Your Email Sequence
We recommend sending a 5-6 email drip over the course of 25 days (with 3-day spacing between each email), or alternatively, space out 5-6 emails over 15-16 days. You can mix in direct messages (DMs) and comments throughout the campaign as well!
2. Revamp your Email Templates

3. Use Spintax to Avoid Spam Filters
Spintax allows you to create multiple versions of the same email by spinning different word choices and phrases. This helps reduce the risk of your emails being flagged as spam. Check out our Spintax guide for more information.
4. For Email 6 and Beyond
If influencers still haven’t responded after following the steps above, consider adding them to a once-per-month email drip. This drip could include updates such as ambassador results, recent posts, and new opportunities.
5. Organize Your Relationship Boards
Consider adding new columns like “Scheduled to Post” or “Top Performer” to your board. This will help you easily track each influencer’s status, and you can save them into a new list for future campaigns or your next round of outreach!
6. Use Tags to Segment Creators
Using Tags allows you to easily identify who is active, who requires follow-up, and who could be a fit for future campaigns. This streamlines the process of launching new campaigns or managing follow-ups.

7. Filter Creators by Status for a More Targeted Approach
In your low-response email campaigns, you can filter creators by their status (e.g., “Opened or Completed”) within your email list. Go to your preferred email drip > Creators > save these creators to a new list, and send them a new email campaign following the tips above for better results.
