While navigating your relationship board and viewing influencer profiles, you might notice a red icon with numbers in the following stages: In conversations, Rejected, and other custom stages you’ve set.
This red icon here indicates that there’s an unread email from the creator!
Simply open the creator’s profile, view the influencer’s email and the red dot will disappear.
The orange dot, on the other hand, serves as a reminder to follow up with your creators. It indicates that an email was sent.
Meanwhile, the purple dot indicates that there is an active campaign currently running for these influencers. Once the campaign is completed, the purple icon will no longer appear.
