SARAL functions as a search engine, not a database. Unlike a traditional database, our platform performs a real-time search across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, giving you access to all public accounts on these social media platforms. This means there are no limits to the profiles you can find. However, sometimes certain accounts may not appear in the search results.
In some cases, accounts may not be indexed or searchable. This happens when accounts don’t use hashtags in their content, making it harder for our engine to find and index them. To work around this, we recommend using the Chrome extension to save these profiles manually. While it can be frustrating not to see them under the "show influencers who mention" section, the reason is that our system hasn’t indexed those profiles yet due to insufficient search results.
