Email Auto-warm-up is a built-in SARAL function designed to gradually increase the sending volume of your connected emails.
This process is launched in SARAL once an email is connected to an active email drip. Auto-warm up helps improve your sender reputation and ensures better deliverability without shocking the Gmail filters with unusual daily sending volumes that might mimic spammy behavior.
When launching your first email drip campaign in SARAL, every email address undergoes an auto-warming process. This starts with sending 5 emails per day and gradually increases by 2-5 emails daily until reaching a 50 emails/day limit. This means your initial campaign might take a bit longer to reach your entire influencer list until the domain is fully warmed up and the daily sending limit is set to 50.
This process ensures a consistent sending pattern, building trust with email service providers and avoiding spam flags. It’s crucial not to change the daily sending limit yourself, especially if the inbox is new, to maintain optimal deliverability.
After 1-2 weeks, once the auto-warming is complete, you can manually adjust the sending limit if needed. We recommend keeping the daily sending below 80 for fully warmed-up inboxes.
