How to Accept Content Submitted by UGC Creators?

With our Collect Content from UGC Creators feature, you can seamlessly collect and manage content submission from creators, even if they are not posting it on their social media.

This is useful if you're doing purely UGC deals where creators don't post but submit content for you to use in ads.

1— Create an Influencer Dashboard

When you're working with affiliates, they already have a dashboard. But, for UGC deals, there is no affiliate link. In those cases, you can generate a specific dashboard for the creator to submit content. Here's how:

1. Open the creators Profile View

2. Click on Generate Dashboard.

3. This will generate a dedicated space for the creator to submit content.

2— Share Dashboard Access

After creating the Influencer Dashboard:

1. Share the dashboard login details with the creator via email. You can do this by clicking the email button near the "Influencer Dashboard Section"

2. Once they log in, they can submit content directly to you through the dashboard.

3— Review Submissions

Once the creator submits content:

1. You will get notified inside SARAL. From the creator’s Profile View, you can Approve, Reject, or Request Changes on submitted content.

2. You can also see all submissions on the Home screen in SARAL.

3. This helps you maintain quality control and keep all content reviews organized.

Here's what it looks like on your Home screen:

4— Sending Payments

For any Approved Content, you have two payment options:

Option 1: Pay Directly Through SARAL

1. In the creator’s Profile View, click Pay Creator.

2. Choose Flat Fee and enter:

   1. Fee Amount

   2. Date Payment

   3. Select the Purpose (e.g UGC Video)

   4. Any internal note

3. Click Send Payment to pay the creator directly through the platform.

Option 2: Log an External Payment

If you’ve already paid the creator outside the platform (e.g via bank transfer or other methods):

1. In the creator’s Profile View, click Log Payment.

2. Enter the payment details and click Log.

This keeps all your payments organized and trackable.

That’s it! You’ve now successfully approved content and paid the UGC creator for their work.
