There may be times when an influencer replies to emails, but their response doesn’t show up in your SARAL Inbox or on their profile in Relationships. Don’t worry we’ve got this covered.
While it may seem like a bug, most cases can be explained by a few common scenarios. Before reporting the issue, please go through this quick checklist:
Sender’s email address mismatch
Sometimes an agency representative replies on behalf of the influencer.
The influencer may use a different email address than the one saved in their SARAL profile.
Example: The influencer’s profile lists gold@getsaral.com, but their reply comes from gold@trysaral.com. Since it’s a different email, SARAL won’t automatically sync it.
Influencer is archived
If the influencer is archived in SARAL, replies may not sync correctly.
Email account is disconnected
Ensure your Gmail/Outlook inbox is still connected in SARAL.
You can verify this under Settings > Connected Emails.
If you’ve reviewed the checklist and the replies still aren’t showing up:
Please send us a screenshot of the Gmail/Outlook thread with the following visible:
Subject, To, From, CC, BCC
