There may be times when you notice a difference between the revenue and commission amounts shown on:
The Influencer Dashboard
The Performance tab
The Pending Payments section
This guide explains why these discrepancies happen and how to determine the correct amount.
Performance TabThe Revenue shown in the Performance tab represents the gross revenue generated by the influencer.
It includes all approved orders.
Reflects total attributed sales performance.
Provides a complete view of influencer-driven revenue
If you want to see the total sales impact of an influencer, this is the most accurate place to look.

Payments ScreenThe commission shown on the Payments screen reflects pending payments only - meaning commissions that are currently unpaid.
As influencers are paid, the pending amount decreases
This can make the commission value appear lower over time.
It does not reflect lifetime earnings
This section is strictly for tracking what still needs to be paid.

Influencer DashboardThe Influencer Dashboard shows all-time commissions.
Includes both paid and pending commissions
Does not decrease when payouts are made
Because the Dashboard and Payments sections track different metrics, it is completely normal for the amounts to differ.

If an order is canceled or refunded after a commission has already been generated or paid, the affected commission will be adjusted in the next payout cycle.
This adjustment may temporarily cause differences between the influencer’s dashboard and the payments view.
An order was placed in December (counted in revenue)
But approved in January (counted in commissions)
This may cause temporary differences when viewing reports for a specific month.
They will not appear in the Pending tab
This reduces the commission amount shown in Payments
If the brand has not paid the influencer for certain orders:
Those commissions will reflect as Pending
This can increase the pending commission value
Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the net revenue from orders (after all deductions)
Orders are automatically approved on GoAffPro (GAP).
Once approved, GAP attributes the commission directly to the affiliate.
Suppose an order has a 10% commission:
Gross Revenue: $1000
Discounts/Returns: $100
Net Revenue = $1000 - $100 = $900
Commission = 10% of $900 = $90
Best PracticeFor a complete and accurate view of total influencer-generated revenue and commissions, always refer to the Performance tab or the Dashboard.
Use the Payments tab only to track outstanding payouts.
If you notice differences between SARAL and GoAffPro, here’s what to do:
Check the pending status in GoAffPro - some orders may still be awaiting approval.
Review individual’s order commissions - commissions that have already been paid won’t show up in the pending tab.
Following these steps ensures accurate tracking of influencer earnings and prevents confusion over payouts.
