Why I Am Seeing a Commission Discrepancy?

There may be times when you notice a difference between the commission amount shown on an influencer’s Dashboard and the amount listed under Pending Payments. This guide explains why those discrepancies happen and how to check the most accurate influencer revenue.

Payments vs Influencer Dashboard

Payments Screen

The revenue shown on the Payments screen reflects pending payments only.

• As influencers are paid, the pending amount decreases

• This can make the revenue value appear lower over time

Influencer Dashboard

The Influencer Dashboard shows ALL‑TIME commissions.

• Includes paid and pending commissions

• This number does not decrease when payouts are made

Because these two views track different things, it’s normal for the commissions to differ.

Where to Check the Most Accurate Revenue

For a complete and accurate view of an influencer’s performance, we recommend checking:

• The Influencer Profile > Performance section, or

• The influencer’s Dashboard

These views show total commissions earned over time, not just what’s pending.

Example:

Influencer A

• Influencer Dashboard shows $5,105.82 (all-time commissions)

• Payments screen shows only the remaining unpaid (pending) amount for your selected date range

Other Reasons for Commission Discrepancies

Discrepancies can also occur due to order cancellations or refunds.

If an order is canceled or refunded after a commission has already been generated or paid, the affected commission will be adjusted in the next payout. This adjustment may temporarily cause differences between the influencer’s dashboard and the payments view.
