For an overview of your seeding funnel, head over to the Performance section, filter by your desired date range, and scroll down to see how your funnel has performed.
The goal of this view is to understand how effective your product seeding campaigns have been. You will see the conversion rates at each stage, so you can see where the dropoff is and optimize strategy accordingly.
You can see the number of influencers who have posted, from the ones you have shipped to, from the ones you’ve responded after a reach-out. Note that this is a funnel, which means it won’t include data from influencers you haven’t reached out to through the platform, or if you’ve shipped repeat products separately.
We recommend reviewing your seeding funnel every month to come up with optimization ideas for next month.

General benchmarks
Reach out to at least 300-500 influencers every month
Response Rate = 30%
Products Shipped = 80% (you ship products to atleast 70% of the people that respond)
Creatives generated = 30-50%
Results may vary depending on your brand, the influencer, and your product. But these are general benchmarks to strive for (and beat!)
Now there are two ways to view your Progress
Difference between Funnel and Snapshot View
Funnel: This displays your conversion rates for the following Metrics: Reached Out, Responded, Products Shipped, and Posted. This helps you gauge how effective your product seeding campaigns are.
Snapshot: The numbers here show the progress in each of your relationship stages —the boards you've created. This helps you quickly see how your influencer relationships are performing and spot areas that need attention.

A note on reading this report
Note that this isn’t an overall report on the progress of your influencer efforts. This only counts the influencers you’ve reached out to using SARAL’s Email Drips feature.
If you have outreach happening via DM, or are onboarding influencers separately (eg: via inbound applications) then the seeding funnel doesn’t count that.
