Once your form is set up, promoted, and applications start rolling in, SARAL offers some crucial automations:
Incomplete Application Reminder Email Automation
Default reminder emails are configured in SARAL to dispatch 48 hours after an influencer fails to complete their application. You can toggle off this inbound application automation feature from your Settings at Settings > Preferences > Application Email reminders. However, it's advisable to maintain the incomplete application email reminder campaigns.
Additionally, you can customize your "Incomplete Application Reminder" email template from the "Settings" section. Simply navigate to Email Templates, select the corresponding email under "System Email Templates," and edit as needed.



Gift Pre-Selection Automation
Enabling the "Gift Selection" toggle in the Inbound applications setup automates the gift shipping process. Upon accepting their application, the preselected gift will be directly shipped to influencers. It's also advisable to activate the "Shipping Address for Gifts" toggle in your application form setup. This collects applicant addresses in advance, reducing the need for back-and-forth emails and streamlining the process.

Influencer Onboarding Automation
Important automations for inbound applications are initiated upon accepting an applicant and preparing to onboard them.
1. Welcome Email & Tracking Link Generation
Upon approving an application, a welcome email is automatically generated. A pop-up appears on your screen with a templated welcome email. Additionally, Discount Code and Tracking Link generation is automated. Once your links are configured, you can click the Approve & Send button to onboard your creator.
