Navigating and Filtering the Relationships View

Searching for influencers

Once you have many influencers, you can use the search bar on the top right to find people.

Archiving & Automatic Archiving

Over time, there may be too many influencers in your relationships board. You don’t necessarily want to see all of them every day.

For instance, if someone has been in the “Reached Out” or “Rejected” column for more than 2-3 months, they aren’t the most relevant relationship to be looking at.

We recommend you handle this by archiving creators. Click on the card, click on “View Full Profile” and scroll to the bottom of the profile section (on the left).

You can delete or archive the profile from here. Deleting would delete them forever. Archiving would simply remove them from your Relationships and Lists view, you can always un-archive them later.

To view your archived creators later, go inside the list and click on “Archived Creators” at the top:

Filtering your relationships

You can filter your relationships board in three ways:

1️⃣ Filter by List
2️⃣ Filter by Tags
3️⃣ Filter by Delivery Status

Filtering by List

On the top left of your relationships board, you will find a dropdown that might say “All”. Open the dropdown and you should be able to filter your relationships to only view a particular list.

Filtering by Tags

You can add tags for types of influencers, the kind of collaboration you’re doing with them, or sub-stages like “Contract Sent”. Use tags to segment your influencers however you want.

You can filter by tags from the top right. Click on “Show Filters”, then select the tag you want to filter by. You can select one or multiple tags:

You can save your filtered board as a new list if you want. This would be useful if you want to send a specific email campaign to a certain segment of your community.

Filtering by Commission Tier

Right below the Tags option under “Show Filters”, you will see “Delivery Status”. Click on that to filter by shipment delivery status.

This would be helpful in case you want to follow-up with people who have received products, for example.

Filtering by Commission Tier

Now, you can quickly filter profiles in your Relationships board by commission tier. Just click on “Show Filters” in the top right and select “Commission Tier” from the dropdown. This feature enables you to accurately identify influencers based on their commission levels.
