To import influencers from a spreadsheet into SARAL, simply follow these steps:
Click on the “Import Creators” button located on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
Use this one and only sample spreadsheet format for importing your list. Make sure you include all the required information for the columns highlighted in purple within the spreadsheet for a successful upload.
The most important/compulsory column is the Username or Profile Link. Make sure this column contains the necessary data to identify each influencer.
Only the information provided in the spreadsheet will appear in their SARAL profiles. So, it’s essential to include all necessary details to reduce workflow friction later.
You can import influencer information such as username, first name, last name, email, social media profile link, address, country, and more.
Username OR Profile Link: One of these fields is necessary for us to know who the influencer is.
If you don’t have everybody’s emails, you can still import empty fields. Just ensure that a column called “Email” exists in your CSV file.
If you don’t have usernames separated out, that’s fine. Just import the profile links and SARAL will auto-map the usernames.
Now, you might be wondering, What if my CSV has missing info like email address, platform, Instagram link, or followers count, but I want these details to be added to my list?
The answer is yes! You can supply these missing details using SARAL’s Enrich Feature.
The Enrich feature allows you to populate your existing influencer data with the missing information such as email addresses, updated followers count, and more. This will help you build a more comprehensive and up-to-date list.
You can learn more about this feature and how to use it here.
