To import influencers from a spreadsheet into SARAL, simply click on the “Import Influencers” button located on the right-hand side of your dashboard and import your list using this sample format, ensuring that you include the compulsory fields.
Please note that for influencers added via the import feature, only the information provided in the sheet will be available in their SARAL profiles. Therefore, it's essential to include all necessary information to to later help reduce workflow friction later on.
You can import influencer information such as username, first name, last name, email, social media profile link, address, country, and more. Be sure to follow the format provided in the sample sheet.
Compulsory Fields
Email: You must have a column called email. Even if some, or all values are blank. The column must exist.
Username OR Profile Link: One of these fields is necessary for us to know who the influencer is.
Some Caveats
In case you don’t have everybody’s emails, you can still import empty fields. Just ensure that a column called “Email” exists in your CSV file.
In case you don’t have usernames separated out, that’s fine. Just import the profile links and SARAL will auto-map the usernames.
Enrich Lists
The Enrich Lists function allows you to populate your existing influencer data imported into SARAL with missing details such as their email address, updated followers data, and more. To enrich your lists, head over to your imported list and hit the Enrich button on top. SARAL will pull all their information to give you a better and more comprehensive database of influencer details.
