1. Using the Chrome Extension During Discovery
The Chrome Extension lets you effortlessly add influencers from TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube directly to SARAL with just one click, making it perfect for quick and efficient saves. However, since the extension pulls data in real-time, it may not capture email addresses for every influencer saved through this method.
For more reliable email discovery, we recommend using SARAL’s main Discovery search feature, where you can filter profiles by “Email = Exists” to find influencers with verified email addresses.
Tip: Use the Chrome Extension for one-off saves when you come across influencers you’d like to add. For adding a larger number of influencers with confirmed email addresses, the Discovery feature is the more reliable option.
2. When Importing a List
If you’re importing an influencer sheet into SARAL and notice that email addresses aren’t appearing, this is likely due to a mismatch in CSV format. Make sure your sheet aligns with SARAL’s format provided in the sample sheet: Guide here.
Tip: If email addresses are missing from your sheet but you want to populate them directly in SARAL, our Enrich List feature can help! Simply click the Enrich button at the top of your CSV list, and SARAL will populate missing emails along with other influencer data.
3. Emails Not Pulling in Discovery
Sometimes, it may take 5–10 minutes for email addresses to load in Discovery. We recommend waiting a few minutes to allow the system time to fetch the data.
Tip: If emails still aren’t appearing after this time, let us know, and we can pull the emails for you from our backend.
