How to Update Your Inbox's Daily Sending Limit

You can adjust the number of emails SARAL sends per day from each connected inbox. Here’s how:

To update your daily sending limit:

Go to Settings → Connected Emails

Find the inbox you want to update

Click the gear icon next to it

Set your desired daily sending limit (up to a maximum of 150 emails per day)

Recommended Sending Limits

While SARAL allows up to 150 emails/day, we recommend keeping your daily limit at or below 80 emails per inbox, especially for domains that are fully warmed up.

Sending more than that from a single inbox — even if technically allowed — can negatively impact your email deliverability and lead to lower open and reply rates.

Need More Sending Power? Here’s What to Do:

Instead of raising your limit for that particular inbox, we recommend:

• Determine your total daily outreach goal

• Distribute the volume across multiple inboxes connected to SARAL (e.g. if you want to send 240 emails/day, use 3 inboxes sending 80 each)
