How many emails should I connect to my SARAL account?

Connecting multiple inboxes to SARAL is necessary to ensure timely email deliverability, especially when running high outreach volumes.

What’s a high outreach volume and how to calculate it?
Ambitious seeding volumes typically start at 150+ and can go up to 500+ gifted products each month.

To calculate your outreach volume, begin by defining your seeding KPIs.

Ask yourself, "How many influencers do I want to gift this month: 50, 100, 500?"

Once you have set this target, you can calculate your outreach volume.

Here’s how:

Using the standard 10% outreach-to-onboarding conversion rate (CVR) benchmarks, you can reverse calculate your required outreach. For example, if your seeding goal is 500 influencers, you would need to reach out to 5000 influencers.

How many emails to connect to SARAL?
Connecting multiple inboxes to SARAL helps manage your seeding volume effectively. It’s simple math:

  • Calculate Your Daily Outreach Volume: Determine your outreach by reverse calculating based on a 10% conversion rate. For instance, with a seeding goal of 500 per month, this equates to 5000 emails monthly, or 5000 divided by 21 weekdays, resulting in approximately 238 daily emails.

  • Daily Sending Limit: Best practices for cold emailing suggest limiting daily sends to around 50-100 emails per inbox.

  • Number of Inboxes Required: To ensure timely sending of 238 cold emails daily, you should ideally connect 3 inboxes to SARAL.

    → Follow-up emails count towards your daily sending limit. This is helpful to note when calculating the total days required to complete your campaign.

    → Connect all emails to your campaign: this is a no brainer. Connecting multiple emails to SARAL is the first step. Step two is connecting all 3 or however many addresses you have to your seeding email drip.

Can I connect an Outlook or Zoho email?

If your organizational email not hosted on Google but on alternative domains such as Outlook, Zoho, Yahoo, or Fastmail, it cannot be integrated with SARAL due to those hosting providers do not supporting external third-party integrations. This prevents them from being linked with SARAL. If your business email is hosted on an Outlook (or similar) domain, we suggest the following solutions:

Create a personal Gmail account and connect it to SARAL (less recommended).
Sign up for Google Workspace (formerly G-Suite) and integrate it with SARAL (recommended).

We advise opting for Google Workspace with a new domain that closely aligns with your original brand domain. For example, if your brand domain is @skinglow.com, consider registering a domain like @skinglowsquad.com or @skinglowpartners.com.

Should I connect a Gmail or Google Workspace (G-Suite) to SARAL

You can connect a personal Gmail account to SARAL, but it's not the recommended option. If your organizational email isn't hosted on Google, we suggest creating a Google Workspace account that aligns closely with your brand domain. This account should be used exclusively for influencer and partnership communications.

Why Choose Google Workspace?
Emails sent from a Google Workspace account are perceived differently than those from a Gmail account, which can often be associated with spam by the recipient and ignored.

Connecting with influencers using a branded email address will:

 Enhance your credibility
 Authenticate your identity as the brand’s representative
 Increase your email open and response rates
 Reduce the likelihood of your emails being flagged as spam
