How SARAL Schedules Email Drip Follow-Ups

Learn how SARAL schedules email drip follow-ups and how daily sending limits affect delivery timing.

SARAL manages email sending based on your connected email account’s daily sending limit to help pace your campaign emails and follow-ups.

How are follow-ups scheduled?

Even if a follow-up is configured to send 1 day later, the actual send time may vary depending on your campaign size and remaining daily sending capacity.

For example, if your campaign does have 500 enrolled creators and your email account has a daily sending limit of 50 emails, sending the initial email to all creators may take up to 10 days.

How does SARAL balance email sending?

SARAL aims to balance sending between new emails and follow-ups, with approximately 70% allocated to new emails and 30% to follow-ups. Initial emails are prioritized, so follow-up timing may vary based on the number of emails waiting to be sent.

Tip: When planning your campaign, consider your email account’s daily sending limit and the number of creators enrolled. This will help you set realistic expectations for when initial emails and follow-ups will be delivered.
