Finding influencers using keywords or hashtags allows you to easily locate top creators who align with your brand’s core audience.
SARAL works as a search engine across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, so you don’t have to manually scroll through each platform to find the right influencers.
With access to over 250 billion creators and influencers, any influencer active on these platforms will be searchable on SARAL.
Show influencers who talk about: Keyword search. What do your customers talk about? Eg: if you’re a skincare brand, your customers must speak about #acneproblems or #skincareroutine.
Show influencers who mention: Reverse brand search. Which other brands (not necessarily competitors) do your customers buy from? E.g: If you’re a skincare brand, your customers are likely to buy from Lululemon.
Show influencers similar to: Show similar influencers. Do you already know an influencer who would be great for you? Put their username here and it’ll show you more creators like them!
Once you perform a search on SARAL, you will see a search results screen with all influencers. You don’t need all of them, Now, it’s time to narrow it down.
Start by applying basic filters like your desired follower count (go Nano if you’re just starting) and Location. If you’re more specific, use additional filters like Engagement Rate, Gender, etc.
You'll now see a refined list of creators. Click on their profile icon to view more details.
SARAL also shows a fair fee estimate, which is what you might pay the influencer based on their audience and engagement. Keep in mind, this is just an estimate and not a set fee—feel free to negotiate or even work on commission-only deals!
Next, save the creators you’re interested in. Select them using the checkboxes on the left, click “Add to List” at the top right, and save them into an existing list or create a new one.
Set a goal to save at least 50 influencers. Don’t overthink it—just build momentum for now.

We understand the urge to reach out to creators as quickly as possible, but take a moment to ensure you’re offering something truly compelling. The goal is to craft an offer so irresistible that creators will feel silly turning it down. This becomes even more important when you’re a new brand or working with a limited budget, and can’t pay upfront fees.
The 3 components of a compelling creator offer are:
1. Creator Incentive: This could be free products, commissions, flat fees, charity donations, etc.
2. Audience Discount: A unique discount code just for their followers (not available sitewide).
3. Community Perks: Something exclusive only your brand can offer. E.g. early access to new products, branded swag, monthly supply, etc.
Once you have this in place, you’ll stand out—and creators will be more excited to work with you. Here’s a detailed blog we wrote on the topic.

How to Send Email Outreach
Go to Email Drips from the left sidebar.
Click Create New Campaign.
Select the list you want to send to.
Choose the email inbox to send from.
Write your email(s) and set delays.
Click Start Campaign to launch.
SARAL will auto-write a campaign for you. Edit the email copy based on your creator offer. Replace all the “ALL CAPS” text with what you want. Everything in {{curly_braces}} will be auto-replaced for every influencer.

Connecting your email inbox is a simple 2-step process:
Go to Settings > Connected Emails.
Click Connect New Email and follow the on-screen instructions.
This should take no more than 2 minutes! Here’s a video tutorial if needed.
DM outreach
If you’d like to give creators another nudge, you can DM them directly in SARAL:
Go to their profile.
Click on the Send DM button.
Send your message!
Tip: Always keep the main conversation over email. Even if you DM them, make sure to ask for their email address so you can follow up via email later (it’s legally binding!).
So far, you’ve found and reached out to 50 influencers—great job!
In a day or two, you’ll start seeing responses. These will come into two places:
Your connected email inbox
Inside SARAL — via the Inbox and the influencer’s profile
Relationships Tab
Go to Relationships from the left sidebar.
When a creator replies, they’ll automatically move to the “In Conversation” stage.
You’ll see a red dot on their profile card if there’s an unread response.
Influencer Profile
Click the card > View Full Profile.
See the email thread on the right-hand side.
Use “Select Template” to quickly reply using built-in responses.
Inbox (Recommended)
Navigate to Inbox from the sidebar.
This gives you a focused view of all influencer emails across inboxes.
You can reply directly from here and manage all conversations easily.
Creators are responding and some want to work with you! It’s time to send them the product. SARAL makes this process easy directly from their profile.

Connecting Shopify
To use this shipping feature, you’ll need to have Shopify connected. This is a simple, quick process:
Go to Settings > Integrations > Shopify.
Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your account.
This setup takes less than 2 minutes!
Onboarding Influencers
Once you’ve shipped the product, the influencer will automatically move to the “Onboarded” stage in SARAL. This indicates a successful collaboration is underway.
If a creator declines your offer, you can move them to the “Rejected” column in the Relationships Board.
Generating Discount Codes & Affiliate Links
Give your influencers a special discount code for their audience and an affiliate link to track sales. Here’s how:
Navigate to the “Generate Discount Code” option on the left side of their profile.
Click the + icon to create the code and link.
When someone uses the discount code or affiliate link, the sale will be attributed to the influencer.
