Outreach emails sent through SARAL are intentionally scheduled to send at a human pace—typically one email every few minutes. This ensures better deliverability, protects your domain’s reputation, and helps your emails land in the Primary inbox instead of Promotions or Spam.
Why This Matters
Cold outreach means you're contacting influencers who haven’t explicitly opted in to receive your emails. If you send emails too quickly or in bulk, providers like Gmail may flag your messages as spam.
To ensure long-term success, SARAL uses a smart scheduling system that mimics human behavior and spacing.
New Domain? Start with a Warm-Up
If your email domain is brand new, you shouldn't jump into full-volume cold outreach. Email Auto-Warm-Up is a feature that gradually increases your email sending volume over time—helping you build trust with inbox providers and stay out of spam folders.
Warm-up Plan:
Week | Emails/Day |
1 | ~10 |
2 | ~20 |
3 | ~30 |
4 | ~40–50 |
You can set this under Settings > Connected Emails > Daily Sending Limit
Even after the warm-up phase, we don’t recommend going beyond 100 emails per inbox per day. That’s the safe zone for avoiding spam filters and maintaining high deliverability.
What if I want to send more than 100 emails per day?
In cases like this, we recommend connecting multiple inboxes. Read our step-by-step guide on how many inboxes to connect to SARAL here!
