Onboarding Automations

Once you've reached out to influencers, you'll begin receiving responses and preparing to onboard new collaboration partners.

During this phase, you'll handle email responses from your Relationships tab, transitioning influencers from the "In Conversation" stage to the "Onboarded" stage once they respond positively to your outreach.

Now, it's time to implement crucial onboarding automations, including shipping automation, bulk generation of discount codes, and tracking links.

Bulk Product Shipping Automation

You can set up bulk product shipping directly within Lists. To ship products in bulk to influencers from a list, simply navigate to the desired list, select influencers in bulk, click the Shopify button, and choose 'Ship Free Products' from the dropdown menu.

This streamlined process automates bulk shipping by allowing you to input influencer addresses, proceed by clicking 'Continue', and then select from your product variants.

Shipping via your Shopify store through SARAL results in the generation of a $0 order tagged as SARAL, with tracking links automatically assigned to each influencer's profile.

To send products to influencers who have been newly added to an existing list, you can first add a tag to their profiles. Then, navigate to the 'Relationships' tab, filter for the corresponding tag view, and proceed to ship out products by accessing the profiles of those influencers with the tag. Simply click on their profile card to initiate the process.

Bulk Discount Code & Tracking Link Generation

In the same way as bulk shipping, you can generate bulk Discount Codes and Tracking Links within Lists. Begin by selecting your desired list, then click the bulk select button. Next, access the 'Shopify' button located on the top right-hand side of your screen, and choose either 'Generate Discount Code' or 'Generate Tracking Link' from the dropdown menu.

This action will prompt a pop-up window displaying your available Discount Code templates or Commission Tier Tracking Links, which you can select from and automatically assign to the entire influencer list.

Bulk Commission Tier Update

You can streamline the process of updating commission tiers in bulk by applying tags to influencer profiles. Then, you can filter the list by tag in Lists and navigate to 'Shopify'. From there, select 'Update Commission Tier' and choose from your commission tier templates to make the updates efficiently.
