Outreach automation is seamlessly integrated into SARAL's email drip campaigns, allowing you to send outreach at scale while maintaining a personalized and relatable approach for each influencer.
📤 Create and Manage Email Templates
To create an email campaign, navigate to the Email Drips tab on the left sidebar of your dashboard and click the "Create New Campaign" button. Choose the list you want to assign this campaign to, enter the sender's email address, and click "Create." This action will open a SARAL email campaign template for you.
Here, you can customize the text or select another template from the available options by clicking "View Templates." Edit the email content, replacing placeholder text with your own message, and save to send this new email campaign. You can also edit and replace follow-up emails as needed.
🔗 Assign a List to an Email Drip
Once you've configured an email campaign, you can easily assign it to other lists in just two simple steps.
Navigate to the Lists section, select a list, and assign it to an email campaign by selecting all contacts and clicking the "Send Emails" button. Then, choose the email campaign you wish to assign to this list. 🤗
It's quick, straightforward, and automates the process of bulk outreach, eliminating the need for individual emails to each influencer.
✨ How to put this on Autopilot?
To streamline the process of sending email drips to newly added influencers, simply activate the "Auto Add to Email Drip" toggle in your Preference Settings.
Once enabled, any creators newly added to a list will automatically begin receiving the email drips assigned to that list.
This eliminates the need for manual intervention after adding an influencer to a list, as outreach will be initiated automatically as soon as they are added.
📝 Create your own Templates
To create your own templates, go to “Settings”, scroll down to Email Templates section and hit the “ ➕ Create New Template” button to add you own templates.
